How do I block sites/app - on mobile

How to block a website/app/keyword: 

1. Open the app
2. Tap the "Home" menu at the left bottom corner of the screen
3. Tap the green "+Create" button at the bottom right of the screen
4. Tap a current "Group" or "+ Create New Group" at the bottom left of the screen
5. Type or select a website/app/keyword
6. Tap "Done" on the top right corner

How to unblock a website/app/keyword:

1. Open the app
2. Tap the "Home" menu at the left bottom corner of the screen
3. Tap the desired group
4. Tap the pencil icon
5. Tap the trash icon next to the desired item you wish to unblock
6. Tap "Done" at the top right corner
