I forgot my Password Protection pattern/passcode (Android)

If you have forgotten the pattern or passcode for your Android app, you can use your recovery questions to reset it.

1. Open the BlockSite app

2. When prompted for your PIN/Pattern, click "Forgot Password?" (or the question mark icon)

3. Answer the Security Questions you set up previously

4. Once answered correctly, you will be able to set a new PIN or Pattern

Note: If you never set up security questions,  please follow these steps (Note that all your BlockSite settings will be deleted):

Go to your Android device settings ➡️ click 'Installed apps' ➡️ 'BlockSite' ➡️ click 'Clear data' on the bottom.
