Why won’t the extension show I’m a premium user? – BlockSite

If you purchased an Unlimited BlockSite package but BlockSite still offers you to upgrade or you cannot use the premium features, then you need to log out of BlockSite and log back into it with your premium account.

In order to do so, please follow these steps:

1. Go to user.blocksite.co/login
2. On the top-right, click your profile and click ‘Log Out’.
3. Click ‘Login’ and enter your premium account credentials (The email address you signed up to BlockSite with).
