I forget how to unlock my password protection – BlockSite

If you forgot your password for BlockSite’s Password Protection feature on the browser extension, you can request to have it sent to the email address set up the feature with 🔐 In order to do so, please follow one of the options:

1. Go to a blocked site in your browser and click ‘Forgot Password?’ and then check your email (spam folder as well) for an email from BlockSite with your new password.
2. Go to your BlockSite settings page through the BlockSite toolbar icon and click ‘Forgot Password?’ on the dialog box.

On Android:

If you have setup the 3 security questions in the Password Protection feature, you can use the forgot password option.

Otherwise, please go to your Device Settings → ‘Applications’ (or ‘Installed apps’ on some devices) → ‘BlockSite’ → ‘Clear data’.

Once you set up a new password, make sure to setup the password recovery/reset.
