I'm an iOS user. What to do if BlockSite not blocking my websites
If you are an iOS user and BlockSite is not blocking the desired websites, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Step 1: Make sure you are logged in
If you have a premium subscription, make sure you are logged in with the correct account details.
Step 2: Clear Cache
In order to do so, please follow those steps:
1. On your browser, right-click on your mouse and click 'Inspect'.
2. Go to the 'Refresh' button and right-click it.
3. Click 'Empty cache and hard reload'.
4. Log out and log back into BlockSite and let us know if you can use your premium features.
Step 3: Check the VPN Connection
Turn off the VPN and then turn it back on using the toggle.
In order to do so, please follow these steps:
- Launch Settings from your Home screen.
- Tap General.
- Tap VPN.
- Under 'VPN Configurations', toggle the 'Status' button off and then back on.
If none of those work, please contact support with a screen recording of the issue.
