I'm a premium iOS user. Why does it say to upgrade ?
If you purchased a premium subscription on your iOS device but you cannot access it, your subscription may have been made using a private relay email service, or the 'Hide my Email' feature in Apple.
That email address should be found in your iCloud settings on your iOS device that you subscribed from.
In order to locate that address, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'Settings' on your iOS device.
2. Type your name to get to your Apple ID.
3. Click 'iCloud'.
4. Click 'Hide My Email'.
5. Click 'BlockSite' and find the hidden email address (made from this pattern firstname.lastname@example.org).
6. Log in using the email below and you should have access to the premium features.
If this doesn't work, or you wish to transfer your premium credentials to another email, contact support email@example.com with a copy of your receipt.
