How to delete my BlockSite Account?

In this article, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to delete your BlockSite account. Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible and cannot be restored.

Important: You cannot delete your account if you have an active Premium subscription. You must cancel your subscription and wait for the current billing cycle to expire before you can delete your account; otherwise, you will receive an error message.

Option 1: How to delete your BlockSite account from the Browser Extension

1. Go to user.blocksite.co

2. Log in with your BlockSite account.

3. Once you are logged in, go to https://user.blocksite.co/settings/account 

4. Click 'Delete account' to delete your account (see the screenshot below).

Option 2: Delete your account from the Android app

1. Go to the BlockSite app and log in to your account.
2. Click on the Hamburger button in the top right corner.
3. Click on your account image (or username) at the top of the page.
4. Scroll down and click "Delete account."

Option 3: Delete your account from the iOS app

1. Open the BlockSite app.
2. Log in with your BlockSite account.
3. Once logged in, click on the More button in the bottom right corner.
4. Click on your User email at the top of the page.
5. Click 'Delete account' to delete your account.
