Reinstalling the BlockSite extension - on chrome browser

Note: Before reinstalling the BlockSite extension -  make sure to export your blocklist. 

1. Open Google Chrome:

• Launch the Google Chrome browser on your computer

2. Access Extensions:

• In the top right of your toolbar, click on the puzzle piece symbol ()
• Hover over to the “Manage extension” in the menu. 
• Find the BlockSite Extension.

3. Remove the Extension:

• Click the "Remove" button under the extension you want to reinstall.
• Confirm the removal when prompted.

4. Visit Chrome Web Store:

• Open a new tab and go to the Chrome Web Store.

5. Search for the Extension:

• Go to BlockSite’s extension page here
• Click the "Add to Chrome" button.

6. Confirm Installation:

• A confirmation dialog will appear. Click "Add extension" to confirm the installation.

7. Wait for Installation:

• The extension will be downloaded and installed automatically. Wait for the process to complete.

8. Verify and Configure:

• Once installed, the extension icon should appear in your Chrome toolbar.
