Password Protection Verification Link Not Working on Firefox
If you are having trouble verifying your email for the Password Protection feature on Firefox, the issue may happen when the verification link is opened in a different browser window, device, or browser session.
To complete the verification successfully, please follow the steps below.
How to verify your email in Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Make sure you are logged into your BlockSite account in that same Firefox window.
- Open the verification email in the same Firefox window.
- Click the verification link from that same window.
Important note
The verification link may not work properly if it is opened from:
- A different browser
- A different Firefox window where you are not logged in
- Another device
- An email app that opens the link outside of your active Firefox session
