How to enable Password Protection on Android?

In this article, you will find instructions on how to lock your BlockSite app on Android.

How to activate:

1. Open the BlockSite app

2. Go to 'Settings' (via the menu or profile icon)

3. Click 'Password Protection'

4. Set a Pattern or Passcode

5. Toggle the options you wish to activate (see below)

Understanding the Options:

• BlockSite Mobile: Locks the app itself. You must enter the password to open BlockSite and change settings.

• BlockSite Sites: Adds an "Unlock" option when you try to visit a blocked website.

• BlockSite Apps: Adds an "Unlock" option when you try to open a blocked app.

Recovery Questions: To ensure you don't get locked out, you should set up recovery questions.

1. Go to Password Protection settings

2. Click "Update your password recovery questions"

3. Select your questions and answers
