How to request a refund for an iOS (Apple) purchase?

Important: Please note that refunds for apps on iOS devices are managed entirely by Apple. We (the app developer) do not have access to your billing information and cannot process these refunds directly. You must contact Apple to submit your request.

2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password

3. Locate the BlockSite purchase in your list

4. Click the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item
