BlockSite not blocking websites - iOS

If you are an iOS user and BlockSite is not blocking the desired websites, follow the troubleshooting steps below: 

Step 1: Make sure you are logged in

If you have a premium subscription, make sure you are logged in with the correct account details.

Step 2: Check your Group Status

Ensure that the specific block list is actually active.

• Open the BlockSite app

• Locate the Group containing the apps you want to block

• Make sure the toggle switch next to the Group name is turned ON

Step 2: Check the VPN Connection

Turn off the VPN and then turn it back on using the toggle.

In order to do so, please follow these steps:

1. Launch Settings from your Home screen.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap VPN.
4. Under 'VPN Configurations', toggle the 'Status' button off and then back on. 
5. Make sure that BlockSite VPN is chosen
